An online loan is a personal or consumer loan where the application is fully processed through digital channels. Legally, it operates just like a traditional loan, with the same conditions and protections.
The term "online loan" is often used for marketing purposes or to indicate that the initial application can be made online. However, we have fully digitalized the process, including innovative options that allow customers to verify their identity and sign the contract entirely digitally. This ensures a fast, convenient, and secure experience.
The fully digitalized loan is now available in Switzerland. No more endless paperwork or multiple appointments. You can now get a loan quickly and easily, thanks to the digitalization of the loan contract signing process.
For digitalized loans, the authentication process is robust and secure. We use innovative tools such as E-ID to verify your identity during the online loan application. This electronic verification method ensures a secure procedure free from identity theft risks.
In practice, this involves a digital proof of identity established via a link. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions to upload your ID document.
The standard procedure for applying for an online loan remains the same: you complete the form, upload your documents, and receive a response within 24 hours. Once your application is approved by the bank, we send the contract via a secure online link. There’s no need to print and mail the signed contract anymore! You’ll be guided through the entire process, which is simple, secure, and transparent. With the E-Sign functionality, you can now sign your contract digitally.

The interest rates offered by our partner banks range from 4.9% to 10.95%, depending on the risk level associated with your profile. This rate remains fixed throughout the contract and includes death insurance as well as processing fees.
According to Article 35 of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA), brokers are compensated by the bank granting the loan. As a result, CC Crédits Conseils SA does not charge processing fees to its clients.
The insurance options for an online loan are exactly the same as for any consumer or personal loan in Switzerland. Learn more about loan insurance.
If you have doubts or change your mind, you can cancel your contract within 14 days, free of charge and without justification. Depending on the bank, this period may be extended by an additional 10 days. This right of revocation starts on the first day you receive a copy of the signed contract. The deadline for revocation is the last day of the revocation period – regardless of whether you applied for the loan online or through a traditional method. The applicable laws remain the same.
Under Article 17 of the CCA, you have the right to repay your loan early at any time. However, you must pay interest up to the day of full repayment and any administrative fees.
