Your professional situation is one of the criteria that will define your right to a consumer credit, whether you’re working or not.
Accepted professional situations
Working people
Whether you work full or part time, you can subscribe to an application for a consumer credit if you are :
- Employee / salaried employee
- Employee of your own business, subject to conditions
- Credit for independent, subject to conditions
- Credit for temporary / interim, subject to conditions
Non-working people
If you have stopped you professional activity for whatever reasons, you are entitled to claim a private credit subject to conditions :
Other conditions for acceptance
The other conditions for granting a consumer credit are :
- Your age
- Your nationality, residence permit
- Your financial situation
Professional situations not accepted
The granting of a credit is refused if you are :
- Apprentice
- Student
- Unemployed
- Social service
Salaried employees in Switzerland – Documents to be submitted
- Copy of your ID (Identity card or Passport)
- Copy of your residence permit (L-B if nationality other than Swiss)
- Proof of your incomes (3 pay slips and/or notification of pay entry on the bank account and/or annual salary certificate)
- • For married or persons in « PACS », we also need the documents from your spouse or partner
