Credit for independent & director
You are an employee of your own business and wish to obtain a private credit?
You’re an independent or have some financial shares in your Ltd or Inc ?
We distinguish 2 categories concerning the conditions for granting :
Employee of your own business, independents
Whether you have invested money in the Inc or in the Ltd where you work or you are self-employed as an independent, you have to fulfil the 2 conditions below so that your application for a credit is considered :
- Registered in Switzerland
- At least 3 years of activity

The other conditions to get a credit are :
- Your age
- Your nationality, residence permit / nationality
- Your financial situation
Director without shares in the capital or in Inc
If you are in a position of director in a company, and that you don’t have shares in the capital, the conditions for granting are the same as an employee.
Documents to be submitted for independent
- Copy of your ID (Identity card or Passport)
- Copy of your residence permit (L - B - C, if nationality other than Swiss)
- The last tax assessment detailed
- For married or persons in « PACS », we also need the documents from your spouse or partner
